Commercial Buildings
Teng Machinery provides maintenance contract services to some of the landmark commercial buildings in Johor Bahru and Iskandar Puteri.
Apart from planned maintenance, we also provide ad hoc services to rectify or repair any failures to their pumps and systems.
Building services here include pumps and related equipment installed in drinking water system, sewage & wastewater system, centralized air conditioning system, fire protection system and water feature system.
Residential Buildings
Maintenance service contracts are also extended to residential facilities, condominiums, and landed properties.
We aim to ensure pumps and related equipment & systems are routinely checked, serviced, and maintained to avoid or minimise interruption to services including general supply of water, discharging of sewage & wastewater, swimming pool filtration systems and general water features.
To further minimise disruptions to these services, our teams also provide emergency breakdown services, during and after office hour.
Industrial
In factories, apart from servicing and maintenance of typical facilities pumping system like drinking or wastewater pumps and centralized air conditioning system pumps.
We can undertake repair and service of process pumps requiring more specialized know how.
